Profile
The School of Architecture and Design at LAU is currently accepting applications for a Visiting Faculty position at the Assistant/Associate Professor level in architecture/interior design for the AY 2023-24. The selected candidate will be appointed at the appropriate rank, depending on their teaching, research and/or professional experience, as well as educational degrees.
The successful candidate should have an active research agenda, substantial experience in design and should be able to teach architecture and/or interior design studios, in addition to courses related to their expertise. The successful candidate should actively play a role in engaging the research culture in the School, through individual or collective projects.

Minimum Requirements
PhD in architecture or design, in addition to a minimum of three years teaching and professional experience in the field.
Duration of position
This position will open in Fall 2023, which begins by September 1, and ends by June 1, 2024. The position is for a full academic year, and may be extended for an additional year, depending on need and mutual interest.
