Job Details
The Department of Counseling, Health & Kinesiology is currently seeking applicants for nontenure track adjunct faculty positions in our graduate counseling program.
Responsibilities:
Teaching core and elective graduate courses.
Quality performance will be expected in teaching.
Prepare and teach the assigned class following syllabus guidelines.
Maintain appropriate records, assign earned grades, report needed data to the department, and complete all necessary development assessment information.
Work hours depend on course schedule and teaching assignments may include late afternoon and evening courses.
Required Education and Experience:
Ph.D. in Counseling, Counselor Education and Supervision, or a related educational field.
18 graduate hours in each field in which the candidate will teach.
Demonstrated potential for teaching excellence.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Experience with educational technology.
Teaching and supervisory experience.
