Summary

Responsible for weekday admissions and quality assurance monitoring for the Acute Psychiatric Unit. Responsible for the collection, processing and forwarding of professional fee billing sheets for the Inpatient Unit, the Inpatient Psychiatry Consult Service, and the Burn Unit, and the administrative coordination of the weekday consult requests.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts typically acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree and three years previous experience.

2. No certification, registration or licensure required.

3. Work requires the analytical skills to resolve problems that require the use of basic scientific, mathematical, or technical principles.

4. Work requires the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and provide empathy in difficult interpersonal situations.
