Job Summary: Responsible for activities related to the overall development of student-athletes to including monitoring of strength and conditioning program and academic progress. Assist in the overall coordination of all sport operations to include camps, clinics, and on-campus recruiting.

Additional Department Summary: The Director of Player Development and Recruiting Operations is responsible for activities related to the overall development of WBB student-athletes including monitoring of strength and conditioning program, academic progress and recruiting operations. Assist in the overall coordination of all WBB operations including camps, clinics, player development and video operations.

Duties may include planning, coordinating and managing some or all of the following: coordinating all video operations; preparing scouting reports; player development; creating and distributing graphic and video content in support of the program; assisting the Director of Operations with daily operations of the program; monitor all activities for compliance with University, SEC and NCAA guidelines.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher and at least three (3) years of experience in coaching, athletic administration and/or participation as an athlete at a collegiate or professional sport level. Knowledge of NCAA and SEC policies and procedures. Ability to work a flexible work schedule (nights and weekends) as required. Effective time management and organizational skills.

Skills and Knowledge: Effective Communication skills, both oral and written. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of personal computers, cameras, and standard software applications. Adobe creative suite (e.g., Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Premier Pro). SportsTec/Hudl Video Editing software. Synergy Sports. Fast Model Technologies. Microsoft Office Suite. Photography. In-game video camera for the creation of video content beyond game footage.

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of collegiate women's basketball operations. Knowledge of NCAA and SEC policies.

Experience with live capturing, coding, and scripting in Hudl Sportscode
