Summary

Under the direction of the Assistant Director for Animal Resources (ADAR), Head of the Unit of Animal Resources and the Animal Resources Program Manager, Head of the Unit of Compliance and Training this position will provide project support for various animal resource programs within the Division of Veterinary Medicine (DVM.) The Program Manager II, Animal Resources will coordinate multiple projects and reconcile the interdependencies among them. The Program Manager, Animal Resources will assist in the development of training programs. This position will also be responsible for a number of metrics related to programs, and projects, such as quality assurance metrics, staffing metrics, data quality audits, program trends and analysis. Performs related responsibilities as required. Disclosure of confidential or sensitive information observed or heard without proper authorization will be subject to disciplinary action.

Required Qualifications

•Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (veterinary technology, animal sciences, biology, zoology, business, statistics, etc.) or High school diploma or equivalent and three years of relevant experience.•Specific precautions against and/or be immunized against potentially hazardous agents are required.
