THE POSITION

Kettering University seeks an experienced and forward thinking Director of Financial Aid. Reporting to the Vice President of Enrollment and Cooperative Education, the Director of Financial Aid will manage the daily operations of the office of financial aid, serve as a partner in developing financial aid leveraging strategies, and provide leadership to a team of talented, professional staff members. The new director will hold a deep appreciation for the intense academic curriculum, fast moving pace and uniqueness of Kettering University. The Director will lead the financial aid team in understanding and articulating the hallmarks of Kettering’s educational experience, as well as the benefits and exceptional outcomes enjoyed by Kettering graduates.
