Essential Job Duties:The primary purpose of the Program Coordinator is to manage the coordination of business and fiscal functions for the department and assist FPC personnel and business operations. This includes but not limited to leading travel training sessions, submitting travel authorizations and reimbursements for the department’s faculty and staff. Updating the department spreadsheets and submitting journal entries. This position will assist when needed the planning and execution of events for FPC; tracking, reconciling, billing, and invoicing expenses across various FPC accounts. Program Coordinator will be responsible HR actions such as student workers, PEP students, and temporary employees for FPC. Excellent oral and written communication and solid interpersonal skills are required.
