Description:

Tulane University School of Medicine, in New Orleans, Louisiana, is currently seeking a BC/BE Radiation Oncologist to join our faculty as an Assistant Professor.

The ideal applicant will have a strong background in academics, however, all qualified candidates will be considered. As a full-time Faculty member of Tulane University, you will receive the Academic Rank of Assistant Professor and a competitive salary commensurate with experience, and also a fully comprehensive benefits package. Tulane’s department of Radiation Oncology offers a comprehensive cancer treatment program at the Tulane Medical Center. We offer the latest technology for stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS), stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT), intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT), 3D conformal radiation therapy (3DCRT), total body irradiation(TBI), total skin electron therapy, high-dose rate (HDR) brachytherapy, and radiopharmaceuticals.    

Tulane University School of Medicine is located in the Central Business district, within walking distance of the historic French Quarter and Canal Street, and close to the Mississippi River and scenic St. Charles Avenue. New Orleans is one of America's most livable and interesting cities, a harmonious blend of old and new.


Qualifications:

Candidates must have a Medical Doctorate (MD) terminal degree and be BC/BE in Radiation Oncology.
