Job Summary:
The Associate Program Director of the Child Health Associate/Physician Assistant Program plays a pivotal role in the leadership, strategy and direction of a nationally-ranked PA program. This position assists in analyzing the curriculum, mentoring junior faculty and participating in various strategic projects. The Assistant Program Director will report to and assist the Program Director with the general organization, administration, fiscal management, continuous review, and analysis, planning, and development of the PA Program.

Participate in programmatic decisions and standards, including accreditation compliance and requirements, didactic evaluation, and student policies. Serve as liaison to campus partners regarding student issues and participate in campus student affairs meetings. Act as direct supervisor to junior faculty and prepare yearly performance evaluations. Exercise authority in the absence of the Program Director.

- Five years of full-time faculty experience in a PA program within the past 10 years. Five years of full-time clinical experience. Master's degree. Graduate of an accredited PA program. Current NCCPA certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Clinical experience with patients in a primary care setting.
- Ten years of clinical experience.
- Experience providing supervision and feedback.
