Job Details
This position will perform a variety of routine clerical and general office functions in support of the Bursar and Finance office and staff.Typical office hours are 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. M-F and with a maximum of 20 hours a week
Responsibilities include front desk support to assist students and Finance/Bursar staff, answering phones; taking messages and routing calls; copying; invoice mailing for Bursar and other duties as assigned by Bursar and Comptroller. Uses various computer applications including Microsoft Office and Banner.
Education, Experience and Licensure/Certification RequirementsPrior clerical skills are desired.
