Merced College is a midsized community college located in California's Central Valley. Founded in 1962, the college serves more than 16,000 students with room to expand on its 267-acre main campus and 120 acre Los Banos site. Merced, incorporated in 1889, offers historical sites, affordable housing, access to the Bay Area and Sacramento, and is the Gateway to Yosemite National Park and the Sierra mountains as well as home to the University of California Merced campus. As a member of the Information Technology Services Department, the senior programmer analyst supports the college community's ERP system and related applications. You will be working with end-users from various campus departments along with your ITS colleagues. This position will require the successful candidate to be onsite/in-person for more than 70% of the time. Remote work will be permitted at the discretion of the vice president, when feasible.

General Description:
This is an exempt position. The incumbent will, under limited supervision, provides technical, procedural, and business process support for the district-wide enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and integrated applications, including State and Federal processing. The incumbent will perform systems analysis, application development, documentation creation, training, and support to end-users; function as lead for programming projects; functions as a backup to the Systems Analyst for the ERP system security and maintenance.
