Job Summary

Facilitate and coordinate building operations within an assigned facility. Includes coordination of building maintenance and repairs, office moves, delivery and installation of furniture and equipment., building access control and deliveries. Serve as project manager for facility renovation and construction. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: building occupants and visitors, department heads, contractors and vendors. This position typically will advise and counsel: contractors, vendors and visitors. This position will supervise: NA.

Responsibilities

Job Duty 1 -
Manage building maintenance functions (both routine and emergency); ensure activities are carried out in a complete and timely manner.


Job Duty 2 -
Arrange for office moves within facility; ensure they are carried out as scheduled


Job Duty 3 -
Coordinate delivery and installation of building equipment


Job Duty 4 -
Maintain building access control system including card entry and office key management


Job Duty 5 -
Facilitate arrangements of special events scheduled for facility


Job Duty 6 -
Coordinate outside vendor/contractor services; order building repair services as needed


Job Duty 7 -
Manage and update the Redbook and emergency preparedness plans annually, for facility and all related procedures


Job Duty 8 -
Coordinate annual equipment inventory and maintain related records

Job Duty 9 -
Oversee building renovation and construction projects


Job Duty 10 -
Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
High school diploma, GED Certificate or Vocational School Diploma

Required Experience
Five to seven years of job related experience

Proposed Salary

The salary range for this position is $54,617.00(min) - $74,280.00(MRP). The final offer commensurate with education and experience.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

SKILLS
This job requires skills in organization, communications, staging operations, general building maintenance processes and scheduling, construction project management. Use of office related computer applications is required.
