Position Description

Salary: $14.40/ hour * (includes shift differential)Typical Hours of Work: 11:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.Who We Are:

Maintain building cleanliness: floors, windows, walls, fixtures, restrooms, ceilings, furniture, boards, trash, carpets (clean and maintain)Maintain building security during the midnight shift; unlock buildings in the morningCheck and/or replace light bulbs.Routine light maintenance, submitting work orders for repairs and problems.Room set-ups; moving of furniture per request.Building repair: painting, repair, carpet repair, floor stripping and waxing.May drive vehicle to move items from building to building, etc.To be considered you’ll need: High School diploma or GED, a valid Ohio Driver's License, and must obtain 10 hr.
