Position SummaryThe Department of Finance in the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University is seeking applications for two fixed-term faculty positions. The primary teaching responsibilities will be in the area of finance at the undergraduate and/or graduate level. Additional duties include student advising and curriculum development. This is a nine-month academic year appointment. Candidate may have a PhD, but ABD will also be considered, and a record of excellent teaching skills at the undergraduate or graduate level to a diverse student body. There are no research requirements for this position. The position will start August 16, 2023.

Minimum RequirementsMasters in Finance, Economics with an emphasis in Finance, or MBA or PhD in Finance (ABD Considered) or PhD in Economics with an emphasis in Finance (ABD Considered). Ability to teach finance courses at the undergraduate or graduate level.
Desired QualificationsPhD in Finance or PhD in Economics with emphasis in Finance. A demonstrated record of excellence in teaching is preferred.
