Position Summary: Position Summary: The Healthcare Management Department at Concordia University Irvine seeks applicants for adjunct faculty positions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
  • Teaching in-person undergraduate courses in healthcare quality management, financial management of healthcare organizations, human resource management in healthcare, strategic planning and marketing, introduction to gerontology and mental health, organizational theory and behavior in health services, and introduction to healthcare management.
  • Classes will be taught on the Concordia University Irvine campus.

  • Qualification Requirements: Qualification Requirements:
    • We seek candidates who understand and value a Christian liberal art approach to higher education and are willing to invest themselves in the lives of students. The successful candidate will hold a Master's degree in the appropriate discipline; a terminal degree is preferred. Experience in the subject area as demonstrated by work or academic background is required. At least one year teaching experience is required.
