Hospital Finance - Reception Administrator, School of Veterinary Medicine/Veterinary Hospital

Applications are invited for a temporary post of a Hospital Finance - Reception Administrator within UCD School of Veterinary Medicine /Veterinary Hospital.

The UCD Veterinary Hospital wishes to recruit a capable and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to work full time as Reception Administrator in the Hospital reporting to the Finance Manager.

The successful candidate will work in a busy administration team dealing with the public and referring veterinary practices.

Candidates will provide a first point of contact for Clients on the hospital reception. Experience in building and maintaining client relationships along with the administration of the appointments system invoicing, insurance processing, debt collection and assisting the Finance Manager & Reception Coordinator with the development and implementation of written procedures.

Candidates should have a minimum of one to two years' experience in a computerised business environment, preferably within a Veterinary Hospital/practice.

95 Executive Assistant\2013 (7911) Salary: 28,040 - 44,115 per annum

Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines
