History: Visiting Assistant Professor in Latin American History - 000080H3
The University of Richmond Department of History invites applications for a full-time, one-year visiting assistant professor position in Latin American History to begin in the 2023-24 academic year.
This is a non-tenure track appointment, with the possibility of renewal for up to one year, contingent upon performance, budget, and continued need. The individual we seek will be a highly effective teacher and student-centered mentor, with a strong commitment to pedagogies that value diversity and inclusivity. The teaching load is 3 units/classes per semester.
Scholars of all chronological, thematic, and methodological emphases are welcome to apply. A PhD in history is required prior to appointment.
