In 2016 the Gabert Library was one of three academic libraries in the United States to receive the Excellence in Academic Libraries Award from the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL), and in 2019 the HCCC Tutoring Center received the Frank L. Christ Outstanding Learning Center Award for Two-Year Institutions. In 2019, the College joined Achieving the Dream, a network of high achieving community colleges, part of its expanding effort toward continuous improvement in student success.

HCCC has partnerships with every major four-year college and university in the greater New Jersey-New York area and beyond, accommodating seamless transfer of credits for further undergraduate and graduate education. Hudson County Community College seeks qualified individuals to teach day, evening and/or weekend credit and non-credit for summer and fall 2023.

    FALL:
    Day program: Medical/Surgical Clinical Tuesday/Thursday 8:30am- 2:30pm
    Qualifications: RN licensure in NJ, Master of Science in Nursing with recent clinical experience and College level teaching preferred.
  • Radiography
    Radiology Clinical for 1st and 2nd year students. Clinical is seven hours/day two days every week.
    Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred); minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Technologist with valid ARRT certification, State of NJ and NY X-ray license and current CPR Certification are required.
