Contact Email:Duties Performed in the Usual Course of the Job:Teach a 4-course load in the School of Teaching and Learning. Serve on committees, work with school districts, supervise students in various settings. Teach Monday-Friday during the day and possibly evenings. Courses taught include, but not limited to, elementary methods or mathematics courses for EC – 6. Applicants with an earned doctorate degree may have the opportunity to teach graduate courses.
Educational Requirements for the Position:Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction or related field. Preference given to applicants with expertise in mathematics instruction.
Experience Required for the Position:At least 3-5 years successful teaching in K-12 setting. Experience working with various learners in a school environment and in differentiating instruction.
