Additional Job Information

The RESTORE Lab at the University of Houston is looking to hire an energetic and motivated Postdoctoral Scholar in Clinical Psychology to assist with the coordination and execution of clinical research related to health disparities, chronic disease, and addiction. This position would cover a broad range of responsibilities, notably: helping lead recruitment and outreach efforts for the lab as a whole, aiding with different studies currently underway in the lab as needs develop, overseeing undergraduate and post-bac research assistants, and coordinating a major NIH-funded clinical trial that will test an app designed to help African American individuals with HIV quit smoking. Strong writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential to succeed in this position. Prior research experience is required.
