Job Description:

The University of Florida College of Nursing is seeking applicants holding a MSN or doctoral degree (DNP, Ed.D. or PhD) in nursing with a background in community health, psychiatric mental health, and/or family health nursing. These positions are focused on teaching didactic and clinical courses in the BSN program. This are full-time, twelve-month, 1.0 FTE non-tenure track faculty positions. Additional essential responsibilities include maintaining clinical expertise including credentials appropriate to specialty and teaching responsibilities, participating in clinical scholarship, participating in faculty meetings, serving on faculty committees and providing service to the university, community and profession of nursing.

These positions are located in Gainesville, FL or Jacksonville, FL. These are not remote or online faculty positions.

Minimum Requirements:

Clinical Lecture requires a MSN in Nursing. Clinical Assistant Professor requires a DNP, EdD, or PhD in nursing, Recent clinical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Teaching experience and professional involvement in nursing organizations.
