Sociology Adjunct Pool




Position Summary:

The Rollins College Sociology Department is hiring an adjunct for the spring 2023 semester. We are seeking someone to teach two sections of a lower-level sociology elective (topic fairly open). While time slots are negotiable, we need an individual who can teach classes face to face on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our spring semester begins January 18. Enrollment is capped at 24 students in lower-level courses. Master's degree in sociology is required. Be sure to include your CV and past course evaluations (if available).

Founded in 1885, Rollins is an independent, comprehensive, liberal arts college. Minimum Qualifications and Education:
  • Master's in Sociology
  • Verifiable teaching experience
  • Preference will be given to applicants who have the ability to teach in-person
