Departmental Objective:

To support the “Student First” philosophy by providing exemplary service and support to facilitate the registration and matriculation of students and to promote the success of CNU students in achieving their goal of obtaining a college education.

Purpose of the Position:

This position serves as primary contact via phone for customer service regarding registration, enrollment, academic records, academic transcripts, etc. It represents the Office of the University Registrar, exercising strong public relations skills in assisting a large number of customers by providing directions, assistance, information, answering questions, and directing them to appropriate departments or personnel throughout the university community.

Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification Required :

High school diploma or equivalent

Salary Information:

Starting at $15.00 per hour, Commensurate with Education and Experience

Conditions of Employment:

This is an HOURLY position and does NOT entitle the incumbent to Commonwealth of Virginia benefits and is limited to 1500 hours in a 365-day period;

Selected candidate will be required to attend a 2-Day New Employee Orientation Program.
