Visiting Legal Skills Lecturer - Writing
The University of Florida Levin College of Law seeks a visiting Lecturer during the Spring 2023 semester to teach the second semester of our first-year legal writing sequence and Pretrial Practice or another legal skills course.
Successful candidates will have strong legal writing skills, a commitment to excellence in teaching, and enthusiasm for creating an inclusive environment for all students. Salary will be commensurate with experience. For successful candidates who are already full-time lecturers/professors at other law schools, the Levin College of Law will reimburse their home institutions and offer additional stipends to defray the costs of housing.

Expected Salary:
Commensurate with experience.
Minimum Requirements:
JD from an accredited law school and 1- 3 years of law teaching or 3-5 years of law practice experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience teaching legal writing and other skills courses.

Degrees earned from an education institution outside of the United States are required to be evaluated by a professional credentialing service provider approved by the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES), which can be found at http://www.naces.org/.
