Job Details
The position of Transfer Coordinator performs credit evaluations for transfer coursework, maintains data in Banner and Transfer Evaluation System (TES), and continues to build the bank of data in the Student Information System (SIS). This is a full time, on-campus position; position will be reviewed for continuance and/or revision after two years. Responsibilities:
- Perform credit evaluation for admitted, deposited, and current students working with the Registrar’s Office, Admission staff, department chairs and faculty; maintain communications regarding prospective and deposited students; confirm transfer equivalencies; advise deposited and current students regarding transfer credit; prepare transcripts for evaluation
