The Department of Biology within the School of Science & Engineering at Merrimack College is seeking applicants for the position of Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Biology for the Fall 2023 semester. Instructors are needed for these lecture and lab-based undergraduate courses:
- Intro to Biological Sciences lecture
- Intro to Biological Sciences lab
- Ecology lab
- Human Biology (lecture course only – no lab component)
The fall semester begins on Monday, August 29th. Lecture section capacity varies depending on the course (between 24-48). Lab sections are capped at 14-16 students. All classes will be taught in person in the classroom and/or lab.
M.S., or Doctorate in Biology or related discipline, with college-level teachingexperience. Strong preference for candidates who also have a strongcommitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
