The University of Florida is currently accepting applications for a Clinical Assistant Professor of Counselor Education. This is a 12-month, non-tenure track position with teaching, supervision, and clinical administration as primary responsibilities within a CACREP-accredited counselor preparation program.
Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to teach applied graduate courses in counseling, supervise undergraduate student teaching assistants, serve on doctoral committees, and serve on program, school, college, and university committees. Opportunities also exist for scholarship and program leadership.

- An earned doctorate in counselor education and supervision
- Licensure (or license eligible) as a professional counselor in Florida or
- Certification (or certification eligible) as a school counselor in Florida
- A record of applied practical experience working with diverse client populations in schools or community settings
- Commitment to supporting and mentoring diverse graduate students
