Administrative Associate 3Office of Research and External FundingCollege of Education, Health, and Human SciencesMarket Range 06 The Administrative Associate supports the Office of Research and External Funding in the College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences (CEHHS). Responsibilities include management and data analysis of the faculty start-up funding process, direct administrative support for the Associate Dean and Methodologist, planning and execution of high-visibility events and workshops, developing and distributing departmental communications, assisting with maintaining college-wide compliance to guidelines for efficient college space use, and updating the college's space inventory.
Qualifications
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. 3 years related experience. Demonstrated experience with data analysis, event planning, and development of visual communications.Knowledge of accounting and data analysis sufficient to develop metrics, analyze return-on-investment, and make effective recommendations.Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to develop and distribute visual communications on behalf of the department.Strong technical skills and the ability to learn new technology, systems, and procedures. Strong problem-solving, management, and organization skills. Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute events. Excellent ability to work with all kinds of people and to work with grace under pressure, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities. Ability to adhere to UT policies and procedures.
- Degree in Business Management preferred.Certified Administrative Professional.
