The University of Tennessee’s Career Gateway is looking to fill the temporary assignment of Administrative Assistant with the College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences. Through temporary assignment placements, Career Gateway allows the opportunity to work with various departments while gaining valuable work experience. The CEHHS Office of Research and External Funding needs immediate assistance with light administrative duties, primarily appointment scheduling and event planning & scheduling. KSAs: Knowledge of and proficiency with meeting and scheduling tools, such as MS Office, Doodle, Zoom, Teams. Ability to respond to requests promptly. Experience planning events preferred.
