Job Summary:

The Department of Otolaryngology has an opening for a full-time Post-Doctoral Fellow position

The lab of PI, Regie Santos-Cortez, MD, PhD, in the Department of Otolaryngology, is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow for a full-time position on the University of Colorado Denver Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, CO.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
    Ph.D. in Human Medical Genetics and Genomics or related field Track record of productive research including first author publication(s) and presentations

Preferred Qualifications:
    Expertise in one or more of the following research areas: family-based analyses of DNA genotypes; variant identification from sequence data; differential expression analyses; microbiota analyses; validation studies using Sanger, Taqman, RT-PCR/qPCR Experience in mouse studies including colony maintenance, genotyping, and phenotyping of the ear and other head and neck tissues

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    Strong communication and organizational skills that are needed for consortium work

Anticipated Pay Range:

The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE: $54,840 - $66,600

The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation unless it is non-exempt.
