Job Summary:
Understand and maintain current ACGME AccreditationResidency requirement for the Internal Medicine Residency Program. Coordinates the day-to-day administrative aspects of theresidency program in collaboration with the Program Director, GME Office,attending physicians, residents and other institutional and regulatoryadministrative offices. The program coordinator records committee minutes inresidency program committees and other assigned committees in relation toresidency. Prepare reports, forms required for accreditation, coordinateACGME site visits, maintain and update ACGME Surveys and ADS system, updatedocumentation, policies, procedures required to maintain an ACGME residency program

Maintain and keep current duty hours, monthly rotation andmaster schedules, vacation, time off, moonlighting, conferences, out rotationdocumentation, resident evaluations, required residency policies within the NewInnovations Residency System.

Coordinate and assist with interviews, recruiting,orientation, in-service exams and all residency functions of program (s). Maintain and complete verification of training for currentand past residents, maintain updated credentialing, procedure lists, ACLS,BLS, etc., contracts, FREIDA/GME Track and other relevant data sources withinthe residency program.

Serve as program liaison and communicate with appropriateGraduate Medical Education Office and affiliated hospitals to include but notlimited to, resident rotations, requested documentation, program.
letters of agreement, all required documentation forresident rotations at participating site. Coordinates audition rotation for medical students rotatingfrom outside OSU. Maintain, update and keep current residency program website.

Organize meetings, journal clubs, residency program grandrounds, academics, meeting location and all
educational academics for residency program.

Education & Experience

Position Qualifications:

Required:
-Minimum of six (6) months to 1 (one) year experience.
-Two (2) years of college or technical training or equivalent experience.
-On Dec. 7, 2021, a federal judge temporarily blocked the implementation of the federal contractor vaccination mandate and its associated guidance. Following the injunction, Oklahoma State University has, consistent with applicable law, paused the vaccination mandate.
