The University of Tennessee's Child and Family Studies department is looking for a temporary Administrative Specialist II.
Key Duties:Administrative Support -Provide confidential administrative support for the department to include managing the schedule/calendar, making event arrangements, screening and handling telephone communications, greeting and directing visitors, and dealing with administrative problems and inquiries as appropriate on a range of specified issues.Media Marketing and Academic Admin. support for programs -Support other functions as assignedLength of Assignment is two months with the work schedule being Monday- Thursday 8AM-5PM. The pay rate is $16.50/hour.
