Duties:

This position requires a strong commitment to teaching and diversity while incorporating technology and innovation in the delivery of instruction. The ability to infuse new approaches into the teaching/learning process is essential. Candidates must be able to work actively and collegially with faculty within and outside of the department. The responsibilities of a radiologic technology instructor are to provide hands-on and classroom instruction in the use of clinical radiology equipment, such as x-ray machines, mammography, and computed tomography (CT) scanners.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in content area required. Appropriate certification or licensure Illinois Emergency Management License (IEIMA), American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
