LOCATION: Green Bay
STANDARD HOURS: 40 hours per week. Typical hours Monday - Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm; Flexible business hours to include other hours, as necessary.
SALARY RANGE: $78,936 - $87,707 per year
*Salaries/Wages for all finalists (internal and external) will be based upon education, experiences, current wages, and internal equity.

POSITION SUMMARY Provide leadership to the day-to-day grant activities of the Financial Operations team including staff and team development. Serve as a financial grant resource for the College by acting as a technical mentor, while overseeing internal and external grant audits and reporting requirements. Essential Functions Statement(s)- Serve as a Finance Partner for the College’s grant activity by providing support and consultation on financial grant related activities, e.g., budget, allowable activities, supplanting, etc.
- Manage the talent and culture needs of the department including the selection, retention, performance management, and development of employees. Be the technical expert in grants by maintaining thorough and up-to-date knowledge of all grant and funder guidelines and related grant accounting processes and corresponding systems, including educating team members on any changes.Develop, implement, and continuously streamline policies and procedures for effective and efficient financial control and administration of grants. Act as the primary liaison for external audits such as the annual Single Audit and any other funding audits, including compiling documentation and being the primary point of contact.Coordinate and oversee internal compliance audits, including implementing any process changes and related education. Perform accounting, reporting, compliance, and analytical processes for assigned grants.
- Provide inspirational leadership to the grants team regarding the day-to-day operations and initiatives that support student success. Create an environment of open, honest dialogue that fosters customer service and process efficiencies.
