As the Project Manager, Fellowships, you will play an instrumental role in leading the planning, implementation and execution of complex projects related to our domestic and international Fellowships programs. You will liaise with and engage senior leaders and important stakeholders to support strategic decisions around time-sensitive registration, curriculum and accreditation processes. Your strong project management and analytical skills will help to push forward improvements for Fellowship activities and inform management decision making. You will also be a first point of contact for fellows, responding to variety of issues and sensitive matters, and will be responsible for referring to appropriate resources, as necessary.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing overall project design, charter, scope, resources, and schedule for projects that improve our fellowship programs
  • Planning and implementing project phases, including developing and maintaining project quality control standards and building strategic relationships with stakeholders
  • Conducting detailed analysis to inform management decision making
  • Coordinating accreditation and/or program audit processes together with gathering materials for accreditation review and preparing and distributing accreditation/academic audit information
  • Cultivating ongoing relationships with accreditation bodies and agencies
  • Analyzing data and identifying data discrepancies, to take necessary actions to correct errors
  • Leading the development and making recommendations for guidelines, procedures, and best practices for thefellowship program
  • Resolving minor complaints within the scope of the role and referring larger issues when appropriate; Handling complex and/or sensitive information

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
  • Minimum six (6) years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a university, medical school, teaching hospital or comparable environment, specifically in the planning, implementation, and execution of projects.
  • Proficiency with developing project resources, such as charter, scope, schedules, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining project quality control standards
  • Experience with analyzing data and discrepancies, including identifying performance trends
  • Demonstrated experience as a first point of contact for learners and/or customers responding to increasingly complex issues and referring where applicable.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically to push forward projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills and experience in building relationships with stakeholders, including accreditation bodies
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and manage competing priorities, within a complex environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address potential issues and roadblocks in a timely manner
  • Strong adherence to confidentiality and an understanding of handing sensitive information with tact and diplomacy
  • Proficiency with MS Office, data management, and project management tools
