Day Shift; 8:30am - 5:00pm

Position Summary:

The Case Management Assistant Coordinator (CMA Coordinator) is an integral member of the care management team. The CMA Coordinator provides a broad range of support services to the Care Management team including leadership, social workers, nurse case managers and other support staff. The CMA Coordinator works with various stakeholders within the Johns Hopkins System as well as appropriate vendors to support transitions of care and/or system initiatives. At the direction of the Director of Care Management, the CMA Coordinator has responsibilities for providing orientation, training, and auditing of Case Management Assistants, support efforts related to training of other appropriate stakeholders and performing quality reviews of regulatory documents to ensure they meet compliance standards.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  1. At least one of the following is required:
  • High school level of education and one year of secretarial, technical, or office management education.
  • Two years of prior experience as a Case Management Assistant.
  • Associate's degree in Health Science or related field.
  • 2 years of prior office management experience.
