Job Description

The Wharton SF Executive MBA Program, Temporary Administrative Coordinator, at Wharton San Francisco is a temporary position and is ineligible for benefits. This position is located in San Francisco, CA in the beautiful Hills Brothers Plaza on the Embarcadero.

As Administrative Coordinator, you will work to support the success of the Wharton Executive MBA program team. Project work includes an emphasis on program delivery. The Administrative Coordinator will work closely with the Class Managers on all aspects of class weekend planning and delivery, including helping to coordinate events, calendaring, and faculty, staff, and student support. Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word and Outlook required. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, interactive environment and work well within small team environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary responsibilities are to provide administrative support for the Executive MBA program class managers. Administrative duties include data entry, photocopying, scanning and filing confidential documents, and creating program materials through Power Point, Word, and Excel. Program delivery tasks include event support (prep and live), calendaring, arranging event logistics, and supporting event delivery. Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with executives.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Power Point.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, writing, and editing skills preferred.
  • Individual must be able to work collaboratively in a small team environment.

LOGISTICS:
  • Hourly compensation rage is $27-30/hr and is commensurate with experience and skill set.
  • Saturday availability required (~2x/month) and occasional evening work required for events.
  • 16-24 hours per week on average, some flexibility with schedule.
