UC Clermont College is located in the center of Clermont County on 91 beautiful wooded acres in Batavia Township. Opened in 1972, Clermont College is an accredited, open-access college offering a variety of certificates, transfer programs, two-year technical degrees and one baccalaureate degree.

Job Overview

UC Clermont College is seeking applications from Physical Therapy Instructors. Applications are being accepted on a continuous basis to be included in the general pool of candidates from which part-time faculty are selected to teach face-to-face classes on an as-needed basis. Instructors may provide classroom, lab, and/or clinical instruction of Physical Therapist Assistant courses.

Essential Functions
  • On a part-time basis, conduct and teach assigned undergraduate courses.
  • Engage in other activities ancillary to or in support of his or her responsibilities.
  • Review, and where necessary, respond in a timely manner to all University-related communications.
Minimum Requirements
  • PT or PTA, licensed in State of Ohio (Kentucky and Indiana on a 1 year basis).
  • Previous clinical or teaching experience.
  • Three (3) years of experience working as a PT or PTA.
  • Understanding of education methodology.
  • Lab skills performance and learning outcomes assessment abilities.
