Teach undergraduate and graduate level courses in various areas of Mathematics. The standard teaching load is 12 credit hours per semester. In addition, the candidate is expected to perform advisement duties, scholarly work, including program development, grantsmanship and supervision of undergraduate and graduate research.Conditions of Employment:
Ph.D. in Mathematics. Ph.D. in Mathematics. Demonstrable potential for excellence in scholarship, and in undergraduate and graduate teaching. Excellent oral, written communication skills and teamwork ability are an essential requirement for this position. The Department is interested in candidates who have an active research program, so a strong research track record in Mathematics is essential.
