The lab of Dr. Vinaya Manchaiah in the Department of Otolaryngology, is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow for a full-time position on the University of Colorado Denver Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, CO.
The post-doc candidate will work on implementing an online adult hearing screening program at UCHealth outpatient departments and perform series of studies evaluating the effectiveness of the screening program. This position will be hosted under the Virtual hearing Lab (https://virtualhearinglab.org/) which is an interdisciplinary collaborative research initiative with the aim to improve hearing health access, affordability, and outcomes by capitalizing on the internet, virtual spaces, and digital health.
The PI is committed to supporting the candidate's career development and research progress, including the exploration of new project areas and collaborations. Individuals from diverse backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary range (or hiring range) has been established at $54,840 - $66,600
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

- Ph.D. in Audiology/Hearing Science or related field Track record of productive research including first author publication(s) and presentations
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in hearing screening methods and/or speech perception testing Expertise in one or more of the following research areas: audiology, hearing science, otolaryngology, or psychology.

- Strong communication and organizational skills
