Description We are seeking a specialist with the knowledge & drive to handle all aspects of our eCommerce platform & bookstore. This position supports the learning of our students, availability of content & merchandise for our staff. Utilizing your years of experience in retail operations, management or previous eCommerce experience this position could be just perfect for you to help a growing college continue to meet the demands. Quick Glance of Duties and Responsibilities:
    Direct and manage the book adoption process that meets the needs of students and faculty.Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records including POS transactions, sales tax liabilities and billing reconciliations. Purchase appropriate products while maintaining appropriate inventoryOversight of multiple system integrations for vendor management, POS and customer accounts.Handles vendor management related to all bookstore and eCommerce needs and situations which arise.Management of eCommerce platform and experiences.Interpret data analytics to monitor cost measures and efficiency to evaluate the service being offered continuously benefits the student and faculty needs. Provide timely and friendly customer service support to students, faculty and staff as related to book and general merchandise needs.Provide support and functions at different campus locations on a regular basis and as needed.

Qualifications & Skills Needed:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred; in lieu of degree appropriate related experience will be considered as substitute for position.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and eCommerce platforms, required.
  • Minimum two years’ experience in retail operations, OR leadership/management roles within industry, required
  • Project management experience or manager level coordination experience, required.
  • Ability to quickly learn and master varying systems, platforms and technology related to position, required.
  • Experience in educational environment preferred. Familiarity with ISBN’s and ordering experience, preferred.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a timely manner, and the ability to prioritize tasks, projects and goals.
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds at a time.
  • Independent ability to travel between campuses and within region as job requires.



Pay Rate: $60,000 /yr
Schedule: M-F 8-5 typically (flexible); NCAT Campus
