LOCATION: Green Bay

STANDARD HOURS: 40 hours per week. Typical hours Monday - Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm; Flexibility required to include other evening and/or weekend hours, as necessary.

SALARY RANGE: $67,984 - $75,538 per year

*Salaries/Wages for all finalists (internal and external) will be based upon education, experiences, current wages, and internal equity.

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for the concurrent management, development, and implementation of Digital and Micro Credentials and other learning projects related providing affordable, accessible, and practical learning opportunities to district stakeholders. Projects have cross-departmental division-wide impact and are related to the development deployment of micro credentials, digital badges, credit for prior learning, and virtual, asynchronous training.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

    Lead cross-departmental projects related to the deployment of Digital and Micro Credentials for the Learning DivisionWork in collaboration with the Vice President, Learning and Learning Leadership Team in the prioritization and initiation of projects.Apply standardized project management processes to ensure successful implementation that is on time, within budget, and achieve key program deliverablesManage key project areas including integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resource, communications, and risk.Establish project management process and status reports for learning division, including centralized and transparent documentationUtilize standard project management toolsAnalyze data and make decisions related to project prioritiesEnsure sufficient metrics are incorporated to allow evaluation of efficiency of project outcomes as well as return on investmentOrganize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and communications

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Three years related work experience with proven experience of project management
