- Provide analytical support to Graduate College leaders.
- Leverage insights to recommend strategic solutions for the Graduate College.
- Provide data to help identify strategies to grow the graduate programs, certificates, then provide data on key student success indicators.
- Work with business analysts, marketing and communication, and institutional research to evaluate revenue/expense data to understand and quantify graduate education decisions.
- Provide actionable insights and modeling to improve strategy and performance.
- Develop dashboards, executive summaries, and weekly/monthly reports to measure against performance indicators and market dynamics.
- Serve as subject matter expert (resource) to staff and stakeholders on graduate education growth and operational strategy issues.
- Present findings from analysis to external and internal clients/stakeholders.
- Work closely with department teammates to assist in evaluate, implementing and monitoring progress on key development opportunities.
- Use a professional presentation style to communicate and creates effective visuals to convey data/info in easily digestible manner with clear takeaways.
- Prepare, organize, and display data/results to convey targeted messages for each audience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- Seven (7) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
Three (3) years of experience in reporting, ETL processing and/or background in complex data analysis techniques.
Additional Qualifications ConsideredExperience in higher education.
