General Summary of Position:
The Office of Veteran Services at the University of Massachusetts Lowell invites applications for Veterans Services Benefits Coordinator. Successful candidates will assist with a range of duties; including office and administrative support duties, assisting with certifying for benefits, and customer service for military, veteran, and military connected students.
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- High School diploma or GED/equivalent and experience working this a military-connected student population
Preferred Qualifications:
- Training and ability to certify students in VA system and the process to deliver benefits within the University system
