Job Summary: 

The Dean of Graduate Studies is responsible to manage the successful delivery, maintenance, and continued development of the Master of Organizational Management, Master of Management, as well as any new graduate programs delivered by Crandall University in the future. 

Reports to: Provost & Vice-President for Academic Affairs

Salary Range: $86,000-$120,000 (placement on scale depends on education and experience)

Start Date: July 1, 2023 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: 

  • Provide inspirational leadership to ensure existing programs are being effectively delivered;
  • Work closely with Full-time Faculty (Graduate Studies) and VP for Enrollment Management to strategize and review future course and/or program offerings;
  • Apply institutional standards and processes in assigning qualified instructors to deliver graduate program curriculum;
  • Develop and maintain annual budgets to support graduate programs;
  • Teach two graduate courses annually.

Qualifications: 

  • A reputation for Christian character that is above reproach;
  • Doctoral degree;
  • Currently holding an academic appointment at the Associate or Full Professor rank, tenured preferred;
  • Have a strong research understanding and background;
  • Ten years of post-secondary teaching and/or administrative experience, ideally in a Christian university setting;
