Responsibilities: The MSEIP Program Coordinator under little or no direct supervision, is the direct contact for program participants regarding the Academic Year programming and policies. MSEIP Program Coordinator will guide program participants through MSEIP Program goals and outcomes, as well as provide service regarding University and Biddle Institute policies. Cooperates with faculty members and administrators in providing for academic advising and learning success needs of individuals or groups of students. The MSEIP Program Coordinator reports to the Principal Investigator (PI) of the grant.\
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree is required. Candidates must demonstrate intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Access and Excel) as well as the ability to type with accuracy. The successful candidate will communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Previous experience working with grants and contracts at a university is an asset. Candidates must be flexible, have a strong customer orientation, and be able to work well in a collaborative team environment. Must be organized and an effective time manager with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision. The equivalent combination of education and related work experience may be considered.
