To support the continued functioning of Emerson’s campus ID card, and CBORD system. CBORD provides the mission critical technology solution that assists housing, access, foodservice, eCommerce, campus alarms, and card systems. This position is an integral part of the business services team, responsible for supporting the community to ensure that all receive an exceptional level of service and that their issues are resolved quickly, while helping maintain the continued functioning of the CBORD system. This team member will identify opportunities for continuous improvement, interact with the campus community, and identify ways to optimize the system.

• Programming within CBORD system including the collaboration, development and implementation of meal plans
• Provide technical support of related software, hardware, and systems with direction and guidance from senior staff including the installation, configuration and administration of the CBORD system and related application modules
• Consult with departments throughout campus to assess their access and ID needs.
• Support in the administration, integration, automation, and oversight of key College Data System
• Actively participate in the development of a campus wide program to improve data integration.
• Assist the CBORD Systems Manager to develop and manage installation and implementation projects for campus card-based services designed to meet the needs of the College community and their customers.
• Provide support for the Campus wide security camera system
• Provide support for the Campus wide visitor system
• Provide programing for Micros System and meal plan development
• Coordinate ID distribution during orientation
• Serve as backup to CBORD Systems Manager
• Other duties as assigned
• This is an essential position

Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field and 2-4 years of professional experience OR a combination of education and experience totaling five (5) years in a related field. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Familiarity with MICROS Systems.

COMPENSATION

The hiring salary range for this position is $23.68 - $28.41 commensurate with years of relevant experience.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 36.25
