The University of Tennessee's Career Gateway is looking to fill the position of Administrative Specialist I/Incubator Coordinator for the UT Research Foundation.

The Incubator Coordinator is receptionist and on-site primary interface for the tenants, University and general public. The Coordinator promotes the Incubator facility through hosting outside events; works with various on-campus departments involving day-to-day interaction with tenants; and ensures the Incubator is a safe, well maintained functional facility.

Key Duties:

- Facilitates completion, review, approval, and execution of lease and facility use agreements. 
- Manage lease amendments and extensions. 
- Onboard  incoming tenants and their employees.
- Setup affiliate/friend appointments in IRIS and with other parts of the University (HR, parking, facilities, etc.).
- Maintain secure access records with Central Alarm.
- Assist tenants with amenities and other office requirements. 
- Perform formal "check out" process to ensure that no unpaid fees remain; suite keys, Vol Card and hang tags are     surrendered.  
-  Inspect vacated suites for damage and prepare report to Budget Director.
-Provide assistance with issues and complaints.
-Notify tenants when guests arrive.
-Disperse mail daily.
- Schedule and reserve incubator conference rooms for meetings and events.

-Knowledge of UT Campus layout
-Knowledge of basic MS Office - keyboard, data entry Skill in multi-tasking, organization
-Skill in Customer Relations/Proofreading/Grammatically adept
-Ability to be a self-starter, work independently, dependable/discreet /meet deadlines/Professional appearance
-Ability to prioritize and work systematically to resolve issues in a timely manner

-Administrative skills with experience in an office setting. 
-Customer Service skills achieved through work in a customer service position.
-Must be sensitive to confidentiality

The duration of assignment is six months and the work hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-12PM.
