Job Summary

The College of Business (COB) Dean’s Office is seeking a Management Technician to support the Dean’s office operations.

The primary responsibilities of the Management Technician include the following:

  • Maintain accreditation databases.
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing assessment data.
  • Maintain COB assessment data in assessment database.
  • Train and assist faculty in using Starfish.
  • Make updates to COB web pages.
  • Oversee the production and distribution of the COB’s semi-annual magazine.
  • Assist with the workload planning process.
  • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Experience in an academic office on a university campus
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely manner (meet deadlines)
  • Ability to work well independently and as a team member
  • Experience with culturally diverse populations
  • Experience working with database platforms
Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working in a Dean’s office

The starting salary for this position is $41,917, per the AFSCME Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Comprising five colleges - Visual and Performing Arts, Business, Education, Liberal Arts and Sciences, and Graduate Studies - Kutztown University offers a diverse range of excellent academic programs to prepare individuals for successful careers.
