Role Description

About the Role

As a Student and Academic Support Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of allocated academic administration and student support relating to taught and/or research students and for ensuring high levels of customer support.

About You

The post holder will hold a minimum of 5 GCSE s or equivalent, including English and Math s.  Demonstrable experience of working in an administrative office environment, using modern office equipment and experience of data entry are essential. In addition, the post holder will be IT literate in all Microsoft applications, email, internet and database applications; excellent communication skills and attention to detail is essential; an adaptable team member who on occasions is able to work on own initiative, unsupervised with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.  A firm understanding of good customer service delivery is a must.
